"Terrible service and the accommodation looked nothing like it did online"

The host was extremely inhospitality, she was rude and unhelpful. Upon arriving we saw that the accommodation that we wanted to book was actually unavailable however the host did have another cottage that was available which we could have stayed in but failed to move us into the accommodation. She was extremely rude and said we must leave. She did not meet our expectations at all and made our holiday extremely unpleasant for me and my two daughters. There was no apology or understanding and were forced to find alternatively accommodation.

We Loved the place, The view of the ocean and mountains was beautiful- the setting was so homey - nice fireplace, piano, pool table, games and all. Will definitely be back and bring even more family to create memories.

Hostess was wonderful - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodation was very cosy especially during the cold, wet winter days/nights. Great bonding time for our family.
