The hostess greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property. She also gave some great tips on where to eat and how to access the closest beach. The place is lovely and well equipped, even with a variety of board games, which we especially enjoyed during the quiet evenings. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings, from where we had a view of the ocean and mountains. Also well located to access the surrounding coastal towns.

The only thing the unit lacked was a coffee plunger, everything else was perfect.

Karmen was always available and very helpful. Beautiful see views and excellent place to let your hair down. Pringle Bay is quite and has that real peaceful holiday vibe.

Power outages, which is not controlled by host, but a generator would help. Braai facilities could be upgraded a bit.

Extremely friendly host, also provided information on activities in the area and makes you feel welcome!

All the mattresses apart from one has been cheap and or uncomfortable. Paying more and have comfortable durable beds would do!

We loved the beauty of the cottage; it was most tastefully decorated and furnished, the hostess was super helpful and friendly; we had all our privacy and comfort of a stand-alone chalet. We really felt welcome! The large windows were a great advantage and let in the long-awaited sun. Lovely views. We managed to switch off completely and just enjoy. Charming.

It would have been nice to have a few load-shedding lights, maybe, but the wood stove in the living room made it comfy in the evenings. Perhaps a few more bits of cutlery! The wi-fi kept cutting out, but I don't know if that can be helped.
