We liked everything about the place, it was exactly what we expected and more

Pool and braai area

Setup/Asethics was good. Pool area was great Close to Spar and restaurants, if staying here you will need it.

Facilities were run down or just not cleaned. A major cleanup is required for utensils and dishes. There is no additional toilet paper (half used roll only), having to go out to purchase basics that I haven't had to in the past No basic tea items Low amounts of any cleaning supplies. Light bulbs need to be replaced.

I think the host needs to buy a smart TV so that guests can login to their favourite streaming like Netflix, Showmax etc. I was travelling with kids and they needed DSTV which was not working the whole weekend. So it would have been better if the TV was a smart TV, we could have just logged in at no cost to the host.

The toilet did not flush properly at all, resulting in us having to pour water into the loo every time we used it. Not ideal with little kids and certainly not ideal for a holiday stay. The shower had to be plunged as well each time we showered as water did not drain out. There was also alot of thick Black grim in the shower area. The carpets were not clean at all. There was alot of human hair coming out everytime we walked off the carpet. On arrival we had to run around ourselves for the keys to our unit. Disappointing. The decor was lovely and the rest of the space was comfortable however the bathroom, toilet situation and the cleanliness of the shower was off setting.

Very clean and luxurious, it’s much much better than in the pictures

No balcony braaistand(though they are available within the estate)😂😂
