Svårt att laga mat så spis och vattenkokare inte fungerade ordentligt. Precis vid gatan, tur det var ganska lugnt område

À notre arrivée, une flaque d’eau nous attendait derrière la porte… nous avons prévenu les propriétaires pour avoir des serpillières, mais ils ne nous ont pas répondu… silence radio ! comme il pleuvait sans arrêt, nous n’avons pas cessé d’écoper… la maison sentait l’humidité, nous avions froid malgré le petit chauffage d’appoint que nous avons dû laisser tourner durant les 3 jours pour que se soit confortable… Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient restreints, la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas … Les photos sont jolies, mais la réalité est différente…

the location Is really good for exploring the east side of the island

(1) the property lacked very basic supplies such as cleaning soap and sponge for washing dishes. There was no broom or mop within the property (I only realised on the last day that it was under the stairs in the shared place between both apartments) (2) the bed itself was creaking due to the wood base (3) the wall between my accommodation and the next door is way too thin and you can hear them very easily when in the bedroom (4) there might be a shared water source as my water pressure dropped when showering, I can only assume, the next door used the water (I could be wrong, but I’m not sure) (5) there is a noise in some pipes that lets of 3 banging sounds every few minutes. For light sleepers, this can wake you up in the night or distract you. This needs to be fixed as it can just be a trapped bubble in the pipe. (6) I do agree with others, the decor does need improvement especially when we’re being charged the same rate as hotels in the city. The decor gives a somewhat depressing atmosphere. A lot can be improved.
