Campo & Mar Apartments

This is an absolute scam. First, we did the payment in a random bar, which was a mistake, as we found out later. Then the key box was empty and we were not able to enter the apartment. After more than an hour, the mother of the landlord arrived and showed us the wrong apartment. We were told it was the right apartment, but we definitely did not book an accomodation on the ground floor. Later we realized that the pictures shown on booking were all mixed up, so you can´t really identify the place you're actually booking. The apartment itself was disgusting. Mold and dirt everywhere. Apart from this, the apartment is separated from the other apartment just by a door. A normal door. So if the other guests were using the washing machine which was placed behind the door, you could just hear literally every word. This has nothing to do with privacy or modern standards and was clearly not indicated beforehand. We complained and asked for a refund, the landlord agreed via booking, we left the apartment, of course the communication was stopped and to this day we are still waiting for the money and in constant dialogue with booking.com to get it back. Since we´ve left the apartment, we have never received a response to countless phone calls from the landlord. An absolute disgrace. This is the type of experience that ruins your trip. We can only advice you not to book this place! Rather go to the Aqua Studios Hotel downtown in Porto Moniz as we did, its a similar price (at least during off season) and the quality is much higher.

It has convenient parking ( a large field beside the property ) and is located a short walk from the town's amenities.

The facilities are functional but in need of renewal. There was a loud noise coming from the attic ( everything minute or so ) which was very annoying. Bring earplugs to avoid going insane.

Tolle Lage, schöne Terrasse

Schimmel in der Wohnung in Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum. Putz blätterte von den Wänden. Es roch eher feucht/modrig, Wohnung war recht kalt. Hinter dem Haus laute Pumpe, die uns kaum schlafen ließ Nachrichten wegen des Schimmels und der Schäden blieben bis heute unbeantwortet.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt nebenan.

Relativ feuchtes Zimmer/Apartment. Laute Rohrleitung

Bien situé. Calme.

Vaisselle minimale.

За 3 дня ни разу не убирались и не меняли полотенца, в апартаментах сильная влажность , от чего не очень приятных запах.
