Serene environment. Away from all daily noises and fumes. A place to connect with nature. It's just a no worries place with all the essentials one needs on a vacation.

I didn't like leaving the place

Sehr nette Begrüßung, ruhige Gegend. Sehr großer schöner Pool, dwn wir täglich mehrmals genutzt haben. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Cricodile River und kann auf einer Bank das Rauschen des Flusses genießen. Auch bei einer Wanderung in der Umgebung kann man die Gehend genießen. Unser Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und verfügte zusätzlich zum Badezimmer auch noch über eine tolle Aussendusche.

Die Zufahrt ist, wie in vielen Gegenden, eine ungeteerte Straße. Sie war aber in einem guten Zustand. Allerdings waren wir bei gutem Wetter dort. Aber trotzdem wurden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

A gem of a find! Beautiful setting with wonderful hosts

The house was comfortable and clean, and well-equipped, and our two boys enjoyed a late swim in the pool. We only stayed one night, but we would have loved to stay longer to fully explore the property and the surrounding area. The hosts were very welcoming. A great place to relax and unwind.

Everything was great.

The grounds and gardens and river. The huge lovely swimming pool. The staff who were extremely accommodating.

The beds were saggy and extremely uncomfortable and not large enough for a couple where the man is tall or large. The place is very old and run down and windows are sticky and dirty and don’t work properly. This place definitely needs a face lift or a refurbish it is way past its sell by date.

Lida and Kobus were super welcoming and friendly. Even invited us to join their braai! The farm and surroundings are beautiful. Great place to tune out and settle into holiday mode after arrival 👌
