"Weekend in Portstewart"

House was lovely.Right in the middle of The Strand.Perfect for Restaraunts and Cafes.Amazing views out of the living room and bedroom windows at front of house.Instant hot water and well equipped kitchen for all our needs for six adults and four children.

Only issue was only one shower in a house which accomodates 10.We could work around that but would imagine issues with ten adults.

Filthy - soiled bedding, earrings on windowsill that have been mentioned in a previous review months prior to our stay. Deep mold in shower Broken shower Lack of communication from owner when needed Extremely aggressive, immature and unprofessional owner.

Views are amazing, location is great. Lots of bedrooms, comfy beds, great place to stay

Rear entrance is not the best, but nothing much really can be done given the location of the property.

"A great base for the causeway coastline"

The location is superb and really what you pay for. I spent every evening sat gazing at the sea which at full tide can be quite dramatic. The big windows afford a view from pretty much one end of the promenade to the other. We enjoyed fantastic communications from the owners who very generously allowed us in early which was much appreciated after a long overnight ferry crossing and drive. Setting us an account up on Disney+ was a very nice, personal touch.

The apartment had been cleaned to a reasonable standard and given pets were allowed we did not expect perfection but a used cotton bud in one of the master bedroom bedside drawers and a random pair of earrings on the lounge window sill didn't represent the attention to detail we'd perhaps expect for a £2k+ a week rental. But we would return 👍

Fab house for a large family, very clean and comfortable and in a great location. This wasn't our first time staying and won't be the last. We left something behind in the property and the hosts very kindly posted it to us.
