Nachttischlampen wären noch gut gewesen / haben mit gefehlt. Sonst alles super

ich fand diese süße kleine Wohnung sehr schön. Geschmacklich eingerichtet. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war einfach mit dem Schließfach. ich habe mich zu Hause gefühlt. Vor dem Haus, auf der Straße habe ich jeden Abend einen freien , kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Wenn ich nochmal nach Schweinfurt komme würde ich mich freuen dort wieder unter zu kommen. Tipp von mir: ich würde noch einen Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken anbringen und mindestens einen Haken an der Wand vom Badezimmer, um Handtücher oder Kleidung dran zu hängen.

alles ok. Würde wie gesagt einen Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken befestigen und einen Haken an der Wand vom Badezimmer anbringen. In der Beschreibung hatte ich kostenlose Pflegeprodukte gelesen. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Seife. Duschzeug war nicht vorhanden.

Location was great for someone travelling on the motorway. Apartment had what is needed. Some of the issues we had are understandable because we booked late, but if the phone had been picked up, we could have sorted this.

The apartment hadn't been cleaned since it's last occupant. There were food crumbs all over, trash in the trashcan, bath towel was damp and hand towels were wet. Bed sheets were dirty. We had booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only 2 duvets and 2 pillows and only 1 towel. Later we got a message about we could find more somewhere else in the apartment, but it was already too late. We were provided a phone number to call - we tried calling 5 times, left voice message and texted twice (normal SMS and WhatsApp) but no answer. We started already in the car, 30 mins before arrival. We were close to leaving the property after having waited over 20 mins at the place without being able to reach anyone. Finally we got a text message, that they weren't able to talk, only SMS, since they were at a party. We sorted things out over SMS, but this was a very annoying check-in process when it is late at night and with 2 kids. At 275 EUR for 1 night without breakfast, this needs to be much better.

The space of the rooms and bathroom is great, everything seems to be new. Check-in/out was also easy. Cost-benefit is good.

Cleaning could be better, there were spiderwebs in the bedroom and bathroom. I also found a lot of hair in one of the beds when I went to sleep. I wonder if they changed the sheets from the previous guest.
