The property was clean, no soiled sheets or anything, though the building itself is quite musty. Overall it was comfortable enough, and the parking was ok enough, and for the price a 2 bedroom it wouldnt have been too bad, if we didnt have to pay 150 on top.

The real problems were: 1. they took a deposit (150) on top of the cost, which is ridiculous and something I have never seen on booking.com of all places. Like, I get that they claim there is no where they can put the deposit information, but for those on a tighter budget, I cant help but wonder how it would have played out. Plus the website is not the best & it took solid 20mins before it even took any of our cards without an 'error'. 2. There was a very passive-aggressive message on the heaters about not touching them & how it costs 1400GBP for heating, so if they think we touched it they would take my deposit, which mind you, we have to pay AFTER having already paid for this non-refundable stay. I mean if I'm paying to stay somewhere, esp. if they charge extra for a deposit - I expect full access to heating and hot water, and if it isn't how it will be, mention it so I can look elsewhere. 3. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. It might have once, but it was quite beat up for our stay. So yeah, if you're expecting a professional stay, either book a month advance (their check in info gets emailed a week before only apparently), or look elsewhere.

Was super easy to get into the property with the instructions. The location it’s a short walk to the town centre, and has parking for 1 car on the rear of the property.

We stayed over the weekend, arriving Friday evening, I think the property could do with secondary glazing to help block out the Friday night noise, unfortunately it went until the early hours so was hard to sleep. The bedrooms could also do with blackout blinds, the street lighting comes directly in even with the blinds closed, the blinds don’t fully close, we had to use a water bottle to stop them from tilting open. I think the flat door should have another lock on it, it felt like it wasn’t closing properly, I kept checking it when in the flat. A door knob on the outside would make it easier to close the door rather than putting the key in the lock to pull it shut. I’m not sure if the socket are UK standards, they seemed smaller, they were all slightly tight to plug into, and when unplugging items it felt like the socket would come off the wall. The electrical shower and shower head needs to be upgraded, we were only there for a few days, but if I had booked for a longer duration I wouldn’t be happy not to have hot water in the basin or sink to wash up, especially as there isn’t a dishwasher so we had to do the washing up in freezing cold water. I think the owner has started doing some work to be fair, we could see some of the walls with filler on, we understand that equipment/items takes a lot of wear and tear in rental properties, but it would be nice if it was maintained in between the stays, we book these places based on the photos but when you actually get there it’s disappointing when it’s not in a good condition.

I had taken my 3 children & partners to see my other son who had just made me a grabdpa & we were all surprised at the standard of the flat aswell as the cleanliness & finish for our arrival,It had everything we would ever need for the kitchen ,bathroom aswell as for cleaning,it has a new top class kitchen with a great finish & little extras & a fitted bathroom that looked almost new to us & was bang on.The sitting area had plenty space & you were able to talk to those in the kitchen aswell as those who were lounging in the very comfy sitting room there's free WiFi & smart TVs to stream what takes your fancy & your very close to the city centre & everything that had to offer .me & my family had a wonderful time & so will you

Durty beding, really diagusting ive got skin allergy Not adequate heating and been treted taken money out of deposit we faced temperatures under -4 / 5 and heating was not working Windows not isolate properly cold from outside My mother got sick Glasses stolen from restaurants as was branded, no wine glasses, is a discrimination, even if their culture they don't drink wine is really desrespectfull not having wine glasses, is basic. Walls diagusting Sofa disgusting Was always a car parking in our parking space Oven completly diagusting and durty trays. Bathroon completly cold and toilet tissue holder rusty dengerous for our health Wardrobe nearly failling over the floor. Under sink hot watter was switched off from wall and the owner was lying saying is automaticly, obviously no, was completly switched off, and treating take out from deposit.

The apartment was clean and the beds were layed out as requested

The responsiveness from the host was slow. I had tried by phone, text and through booking.com messaging service but didn't receive a response till our last evening

Location and apartment is decent size.

Noise from the club across the street till 5 in the morning. Water and electricity outage.

L entrée de l immeuble n est absolument pas London Road comme communiqué mais donne dans une rue parallèle sordide et sur des poubelles extérieures à côté des boîtes à clé
