The location was excellent in terms of convenience - everything was quite close and within reasonable walking distance, from grocery shops to regular shops, various forms of entertainment, public transport, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was rather spacious; the facilities overall were satisfactory.

As others have stated, the property is surrounded by a variety of night clubs (which isn't as much of an issue if you're there during the workdays); however, the windows do a decent enough job blocking out the noise and I'm not sure what more the property owner could do as far as noise is concerned.

Really nice clean apartment, easy to get from Southampton Central walking distance. clean, comfortable, and safe! would recommend!

A bit noisy at night but we knew that, it wasn’t a big deal for us

"Amazing stay!"

We traveled from Ireland to visit Paulton’s park, and we chose this lovely apartment as we wanted to have self catering kitchen and laundry.Place was well decorated,had everything we needed, and very clean! Host was super easy to communicate with, friendly and happy to help if needed!Location is amazing, good price and we cant recommend this place enough! Will definitely be back!❤️
