Seascape - Fantastic Location with Sea Views!

There was no breakfast so not applicable. The location of the property was ok but it appeared to be in a very run down area with lots of the properties including this one in need of quite a lot of external tlc The front door to the flat needed attention as it did not close you had to keep the door locked. The bathroom extractor did not work. I reported both issues to the company so hopefully they will address the issues. The front door is an insurance risk and is not ideal. Also the living room/kitchen had big/hairy cobwebs. I describe them as hairy due to the cobwebs being there for a while and have dust attaching itself to them. I appreciate the ceilings are high and heath and safety is rife but a long handles feather duster should cure the issue.

The outside painted and tidied up The front door and extractor fan fixed and the cobwebs removed from the living room/kitchen.

The sofa is not very comfortable at all without kneck support,not sure how anybody manages to watch that tv in comfort when it’s so high up on the wall.I think the main front door could do with a clean and perhaps a lick of paint,and the fact that their was bags of washing right in front of us when we walked in the property wasn’t a good look

The location was excellent, 10 minute walk to the sea front, easy to park with the permit supplied. Apartment well equipped with all you need for a short stay. if you want to cook for yourself the kitchen has all you require. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Everywhere was nice and clean.

Advertised as 'stunning sea views' which would be true from other apartments, but we had the ground floor flat as stated in my confirmation. However unless I am mistaken this was not stated on the property information prior to confirming my booking, but I may be wrong! Our view for the 3 nights we were there were of a parked Land Rover. The Wifi wasn't working, despite turning on and off. There is an annoying dripping tap in the kitchen/diner/lounge which had been noted on prior reviews which needs addressing. The handle on the door to the flat is on the verge of falling off.

Perfect location. All furnishings were very comfortable and homely. Brilliant that you get parking scratch cards included in your stay

I should of been told I needed passport ID for key code , was not explained clearly I’ve never done this before with booking.com I was in work travelling from work no passport Dreadful
