Lovely studio in quiet Grassington. Everything you need for a short getaway in the Yorkshire dales. The studio is comfortable, quiet and clean. The surroundings are very pleasant with the dales and sheep.

Difficult to point out something. We could name that there is no cooker, should you wish to cook something. But there are kettle, microwave and other means of heating up food if necessary.

Ideal base for walking holidays, close to all the amenities you might need. An easy short walk into Grassington. As a couple we found the accommodation very comfortable. There is no meaningful kitchen area/cooker, but very adequate facilities are provided for preparation of basic meals (microwave, sandwich maker, microwave, coffee machine etc.). Very helpful, clear communication from owner.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely location, perfect for walking into grassington and accessing many other walks. The accommodation was a good size with good facilities. Everything in the room seemed clean with a nice size wardrobe/ bedside cabinets and tall unit. It had all the required facilities which are listed in the booking. On arrival there was milk and a lovely slice of cake too which is a great additional touch.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little unclean. There was a holder on the windowsill but couldn't use it as the inside was unclean. There was visible dust around the tops of the tiles, and the shower head was visibly unclean with limescale.

A lovely place to stay to visit Grassington, Kettlewell and Linton falls and lovely walks along the river . It was so nice to have tea/ coffee ,milk and a slice of cake already for us when we arrived by the lovely host. We had a lovely couple of days staying in this peaceful setting.

The location lived up to our expectations. The bed linen and towels were very good. The host had the right level of input for us and provided a professional service.

We felt there should be a door instead of a curtain on the entrance to the studio.

The view from the front door. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice decor, light and airy. Plenty of crockery, etc, and small electrical appliances to make a meal if necessary.

The scaffolding outside to avoid. But this is only temporary.
