"Gute Lage, Saubere Wohnung mit kleinen Defiziten."

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Lage mitten in Wernigerode war optimal.

Leider waren das Bett und der Schrank im Schlaf-Wohnbereich unakzeptabel. Man sollte hier für neue Ausstattung investieren.

Gute Lage , Wohnung mit genialen Blick auf das Schloss und dicht an der Innenstadt. Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, ohne Mängel

Das einchecken mit der uns zugesandten PIN für den Schlüsselkasten war nicht möglich. Wir wussten nur die Adresse, obwohl nach dem digitalen einchecken wurde eine andere Adresse mitgeteilt. Der uns mitgeteilte PIN für den Schlüsselkasten passte zur der anderen ( falschen)Adresse. Nach mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen bekamen wir einen Rückruf. Die Dame war sehr nett und hat uns die richtige PIN mitgeteilt. Jedoch war der richtige Schlüsselkasten nicht unten im Flur sondern ganz oben vor der Wohnung. Schlüssel und Parkkarte waren drin. Parkkarte funktionierte im Parkhaus nicht, so dass wir dann doch Parkgebühr entrichten mussten. Die Wohnung ist schön, aber das einchecken und Parken sind eine Katastrophe.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für eine Ferienunterkunft, man hat nichts vermisst. Man hatte eine gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Leider war die Toilette nicht sauber. Auch einiges an Geschirr war dreckig (alte angetrocknete Essensreste). Und die Kissen war etwas abgenutzt. Das WLAN hat kaum bis zum Sofa gereicht.
