Wir mussten das provisorisch reparieren das man darin schlafen konnte. Der Fernseher funktionierte erst die letzten Tage eh wir wussten welche Tasten wir drücken mussten. Der Kühlschrank kühlt schlecht

Es war sehr sauber , sehr gemütlich und sehr ansprechend . Außerdem sehr gut gelegen und die Ansprechpartner sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es gibt nichts negatives ⭐️

Sehr zentral gelegen

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Lüftung im Bad mal prüfen. Warmwasserversorgung für 3 Personen nicht ausreichend. Infomaterial teilweise aus 2022.

Super gelegene Wohnung Zentral zur netten Altstadt. Parkhaus 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Einrichtung und Ambiente in der WHG super für einen kurzen Urlaub. Das Willkommensgeschenk war eine nette Überraschung.

Schlechte bzw. Keine WLAN Verbindung in der Wohnung. In der Küche haben einige Gegenstände gefehlt.

bed in ruimte voor huiskamer gaf moeizame doorgang jammer dat de tuin zo verwaarloosd was. is mooie ruimte om buiten te zitten eigenlijk zou een verbod op roken in binnenruimte moeten gelden. nu trekt rook in de kamets als ramen open staan! Roken alleen in de tuin de buitendeur staat altijd open .... wat meer handdoeken pp!

Good location, good apartment Ok beds and nice living room

Could have hade more clear instructions regarding if basket was complimentary, and check out routines (where to empty trash etc) Shower lacked curtain to avoid splashing.

The location is good, the view out of the window is nice.

The information about apartment was not exact and misleading: It was indicated as small apartment with no mention that it was also the upper floor, attic room. The access stairs , in fact, were narrow wooden ladders impossible to carry a regular piece of luggage. There was no light in the courtyard for safe climbing the stairs and unlocking the door in the evening time. The wardrobe mentioned in the description, in fact, was open shelves space already fully occupied by the things of hosts: vaccum cleaner, etc. leaving just several hangers for a guest. The costs included € 60 Bed linens fee per stay, without its adjustment to the number of guests, as it was described in the "Important information" section: Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at the accommodation for EUR 15 per person (for a set of both)." The deposit request from the hosts (80 eur) payment by paypal transfer before arrival, was an unexpected hidden cost, as the apartment was already prepaid via booking as a non-refundable reservation. It was especially unpleasant due to fact that the arrival was on Sunday, which was indicated as non-working hours of hosts with the mention, that the door code will not be provided without receiving deposit payment. The normal practice of paying city tax or deposit could more understandable after arrival. The hosts refused to issue an invoice for the stay with the note "privat dürfen wir keine Rechnungen ausstellen", which I have never experienced before.
