Del Parque Flats - Puerto Marina

The apartment was in a great position with the large balcony looking out onto the Marina. Shops, restaurants and beach were on the doorstep. The hosts were very attentive, and were very prompt with their replies.

There weren’t many negatives, but one thing that would have been great was to have parasols available for use at the rooftop pool, as there wasn’t any shade.

The position of apartment was great. Living room and kitchen good also.

The gate access on first night was awful... The bedrooms are badly in need of painting. No mirrors in twin room. A few cushions or a throw on the bed would be nice. No headboards either. We only had 1 wine glass and had to ask for more we got 2 more left in. No full length mirror

Nothing dark dingy smelt of stale smoke second room tiny and claustrophobic! No balcony as per description

Everything extremely disappointed didn’t stay so was denied any kind of refund at all ! Had to book alternative accommodation both venue and booking.com ( sadly) were of no help at all ! A special trip unfortunately over shadowed by our extreme disappointment of this apartment

Location and space, very nice. Great views, nice building with a great rooftop pool. Just what we needed.

The property is dated, needs modernisation and maintenance. It’s very tired. Has the potential to be a dream apartment.

The location was excellent. The view from our Balcony was the best we ever had.

The inside of the property could do with updating. A fresh lick of paint wouldn’t go amiss and the sofa and chairs were grubby hence the white sheets covering them. A coffee table in the lounge would also be a bonus. Also some new and larger towels.

El puerto.en concreto ..el apartamento esta bien diseñado y es bonito.lastima de su mala y pesimo estado de conservacion y mantenimiento.y en cuanto a la gestion de repararacion de desperfectos y roturas mal muy mal.no asi como la atencion tefonica recibida.las fotos de prueba ya se las envie en su dia y si no las tienen se las puedo volver a enviar indiqueme donde y las mando.saludos

La publicidas medio engañosa que ofrecen.

Att det låg centralt och det fanns hiss, 2 badrum, slutstädning ingick toppen.

Fanns ingen aircondtion, det behövs.

Rigtig dejligt sted/beliggenhed - dejlig stor lejlighed med alt tilbehør :) rigtig venlig udlejer med god kommunikation ❤️👍🏻 synes det var hyggeligt

Væggene kunne trænge til lidt hvid maling, Man kan godt se folk ikke passer på tingene når de lejer.. der var mange kuffertstreger på væggene.. Lejede stedet fordi der var pool - men poolen havde lukket (slutningen af marts) så det var lidt øv… 2 dage ud af de 10 dage vi var der, var der en betonhammer der bankede løs uafbrudt… ellers dejligt sted :)
