Location was very lovely apartment

Apartment tired needs more attention to detail trying to get in with the codes was very difficult

We were mis-sold the property we were given. We requested outside space, which was confirmed via email in description. Actual property had NO outside space. It was dark and miserable.

Location is amazing large rooms and balcony

Bed uncomfortable with a hard mattress. Kitchen cupboards had insufficient glasses and cups

Location, near bars restaurants and shops. Balcony view was stunning. Pool was fab.

Curtains need to be replaced especially in bedrooms. Couches could be replaced or professionally cleaned.

Getting into the property was like fort knox, and finfing it at 11pm at night was a nightmare. After using the app on the main gate first time, it never worked again. The app to the apartent door worked every time but there is also a long code you can use on a keypad at the door. Once inside there are a set of keys. As there were 4 of us staying in the apartment we all had to stick together because of the problem with the main gate. Same applies if you go up to the rooftop pool, which was not in use during our stay. There is only 1 keyfob for the rooftop and it's like a maze. We got stuck in a corridor with no way out. Luckily we had our phones so could ring for help. The apartment is not fully equipped and we had to buy our own wine glasses and tumblers. We had issues with broken tap and lights when we first arrived and it took 4 days for someone to come and repair them. Probably wouldn't stay in Del Parque apartments again.

facilities inside the apartment could be better and having 2 sets of keys would be helpful

Location was amazing.close to restaurants and shops which suited us pair of oldies and it was quiet at night. View was spectacular.

Hard one to answer. It just suited our needs to a tee. The apartment was perfectly adequate. Maybe a few more wine glasses rather than 2. Would have liked a balcony so next time would upgrade. Did not really know what an upgrade entailed on website.
