Key not working properly too much time spent on trying to get it to work. Safe not working. Lack of natural light and air in small bedroom not good. Would also benefit from more towels However good location

The app to get in didn’t work and they did nothing to remedy the situation. There was one backup key but that’s no use for a group

Customer service for accommodation poor.lady put phone down on three times. Door code doesn't work. We were given wrong with code so struggled to use app. Kettle broken Bathroom smells of sewage. Dirty plates in dishwasher

Location was good. No breakfast included

It was extremely difficult to find and gain entry. We were sent a picture of the bridge to cross to the property - it was a pink bridge in photo however bridge is actually blue very confusing when we didn’t know where we were.

Apartment was great amazing views walking distance to everything booked to come back for next year already

The Port is fantastic and this flat is an ideal location. Sea views and Marina views. Absolutely lovely

The Big complaint was the mattress, I have to say this was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in and the Mattress should be changed without delay Neither of us got a good nights sleep throughout the stay, I actually slept on the couch one night. The Initial entry into the flat was difficult as the door lock was temperamental so should be serviced and the inner door knob needs to be fixed. But this is a simple issue

I was given a different address to the one I got. The address should have been on The Island. Bloque A 001. Photos were of a different apartment as well. The veiw I got made up for that. Maintenance was poor. 10 lights not working, 4 broken door handles, mains electric board behind mirror??, door entry system problematic, suite dirty/smelly/broken. I have told the company and to be fair the problems are mostly cosmetic but they said they would fix everything once we left. We were there for FOUR WEEKS?? They need to be a bit more hands on. The flat, building was fab. Just customer relations were too remote. Recommend a "Meet and Greet"?

Nothing it was a disaster from the minute we arrived. Three hours to gain entry to the apartment which boasted sea views and balcony but had neither.

Out dated apartment, shutter not working with wire hanging out of wall. Not enough glasses, no sea views and no balcony
