It had some backed up sewerage. One of the bathroom was not draining well.

Location claims it's 10mins from the beach, it is but it's a small rock beach at the bottom of a hill. Best to grab the train to benalmadena. Train station closer and easier to get to than the advertised beach

The property that we rented was advertised as having a pool. When we arrived the pool was closed for repairs and had been for some time. Host claims this was clearly stated on the advertisement, it was not. I would not have booked it. Even when we were staying there, the host claimed it was stated on the advertisement, it was not. I have the screenshots, there is no mention of the pool being closed for repair. I cannot emphasis enough how much we wanted a pool. This ruined our plans for the week and we spent a fortune having to go out every day. I wanted a relaxing holiday by a pool, I did not get this. In addition, even though we were quiet and well behaved guests, the neighbours hated the fact we were there, very passive aggressive towards us, leaving 2 x a4 pages of threats to denounce us because we happened to park in the wrong space, a space which was used by no one the entire time we were there. We felt very intimidated by them, especially the one woman 2 doors down, who was aggressive towards is on numerous occasions for no reason. I have kept the pages of written threats for evidence. While the apartment was beautiful, the sofa looked filthy and a major problem with ants in the kitchen, so we spent half the week spraying down and keeping the kitchen immaculate. Not really the relaxing holiday we were after. I wouldn't stay here again due to the owners lies regarding the pool..

La vue , les chambres étaient belles. Belle décoration de l’appartement, les clims étaient une bonne idée. Bonne emplacement quand on est véhiculé, cuisine bien équipé dans l’ensemble. Appartement propre & propriétaire bien réactif.

Le propriétaire ne stipule pas dans la description du logement que la piscine est indisponible en ce moment, je trouve sa dommage car j’avais loué exprès pour cela. Il y a du bruit venant des enfants du voisinage en soirée. Et la pente devant le logement je trouve qu’elle est dangereuse.

The apartment was lovely, clean & spacious

Didn't like the fact that there was no access to the pool. We were not told that the pool would not be in use when we paid. It states there are pool facilities and was told how to keep the pool clean with our welcome message on booking.com. We would not have stayed here if we had been told in advance, very disappointed. Owners only put up on booking.com website the day after I asked about the code for the pool that it was closed for the month of June. Before this date, we were not notified of this. Instructions on how to get in and out of the accommodation and keys were not very clear and at times the owner was argumentative, which made it very stressful. For our 10 day stay we were only given one set of towels for the whole time we were there.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. I loved the space indoors and out. Kitchen was well appointed, close to the supermarket and beach. We had a car which I think is essential for the location.
