Location was good and there is parking

June 2025 stay. Hosts messaged us 6 days before we arrived telling us we would not be able to check in until 6pm... when booking it stated 2pm. They did say they would refund us and when we requested this they then said we could check in at 3pm, not a great start. Travelling with 2 small children this was not ideal. When we got to the property the first thing we seen was the curtain had a big rip in it. once inside the property it was not clean, nothing like the photos, there was a wall sockets off, loose wires and the bathroom had a fair amount of mold. However we were not going to be about much so didn't think much of it. My son made the hole in the curtain worse and on the second day I got a message from the host stating their maintenence man noticed the rip and i would be liable for the cost of the repair. Did the previous visitors not have to pay for the initial damage? I asked how much they were looking for the cost of repairing the curtain. I also asked why they were contacting me regarding the issues one day into my stay. Furthermore I did raise the concerns about the loose wires and plug socket being a hazard, especially with small children with us... we never got a reply. The microwave was rusted in the top. Kettle needs descaled badly and a knob off the oven. Toaster has old crumbs in it. There was shampoo from previous occupants in bathroom and orange juice in the fridge. There was also litter over flowing the bins outside and we seen a rat. Beds where small biggest was a double and 1x single and the sofa was not a bed. Overall wouldn't recommend this accommodation at all. Not clean, not comfortable and not professional.

Described as recently renovated, but poor finish and not value for money. Single bed slats kept slipping / bed collapsed Kitchen sink blocked and tap broke Front door lock literally fell off when opening door Would not recommend to others.

Not clean, some of the facilities didn’t work (f.ex the couch was so dirty but if we wanted to clean it ourselves then realized vacuum cleaner doesn’t work).
