The Avenue Gem Stylish 2 Bed Stay in the Heart of Southampton

The apartment was cosy and contained all the required essentials. The location is ideal. The city centre is just 10 minutes walk away. Aldi is just located opposite to this apartment, so all the essentials can be grabbed easily.

There is a slight road noise but that's not a problem, I think. My baby kept sleeping peacefully in the nights.

Nothing. You can say that there is a noise from the avenue outside. But you cannot expect less since there is traffic.

The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with products and equipment. There was lots of storage space and lots of hangers in the wardrobe. The decor was fresh and modern. The free wifi worked really well and there were lots of streaming services available on the tv. Good location to explore Southampton from, very near to food shops.

The cleaner could have done a better job with the floors. The air freshening devices needed refilling. You are in the centre of Southampton, so there is some road noise, but this didn't affect our sleep particularly.

hosts were very helpful and easy to contact. Well renovated property with plenty of space and ameniies. Good size kitchen/lounge area.
