My wife and I just stayed in this apartment in end April 2023 - I don't like to bash people's property but I just have to warn all future guests - so - Be Warned - The Pictures listed on Booking.com is NOT what you will get - esp for the bathroom and kitchen. Please see the photos that I posted herein. I apologize in advance if anyone finds this review and the photos offensive. Bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING - bathroom wall is full of mold & mildew, shower curtain is dirty, bathtub is cracked & dirty (dont even think of soaking in it), shower head leaking, sink is disgustingly dirty, toilet flush lever is not working (so there is a pail and container for you to flush the toilet manually), bathroom door is falling apart at the bottom. Overall dirtier than the dirtiest petrol station toilet that I have used (excuse me for generalizing all toilets in petrol stations). The bed is fine. No side table on the right side. No remote control for the aircon (so if you dont mind being cold and dont mind the noise, you may be able to sleep) Kitchen sink is dirty and the water faucet is noisy (held by a rafia string, you need to remove the string to open the faucet). Living area is passable. Area near the TV is dirty. Table and plastic chairs are OK. Sofa is OK. The balcony has a grill all over to prevent monkeys coming in (understood - if you don't mind feeling like you are in a cage). To open the balcony sliding door (which is out of alignment a long, long time ago), you need to have strong muscles. Otherwise you will give up. The view is nothing to shout about.

The sliding door is hard to pull. The same goes for the sliding window on the balcony. It's stucked and hard to open. House was clean, but I expect more as the location is not a lot of tourist destinations. Ceiling wasn't clean enough. Bed frame not strong enough. Old mattress. For the value I can get better rooms in Genting with clean bathroom , good condition, new mattress
