MYLocation was very near to Colmar. So its worth to stay. The balcony view was nice too.
I guess what was the review stated about the room was correct. No point asking for review if there is no change. You only ask if want to change. Some areas full of dust! Hard to push sliding doors, room doors. Tub without water flowing is best to remove.

The bathtub was cracked and needed replacing, same goes to the kitchen cabinet doors.
