They changed the price/value! I rated it high ONLY because it was CHEAP, but suddenly the little simple studio is at 20x times the value.... Stay away! Small studio with no heater or air coniditioner.

No Air Condition apartment very warm at night but had a cooling fan
IEVery tiny apartment, bathroom tiny. Very unclear instructions to get into apartment on 10th floor and all up hill
AUThe location was good as it was close to the beach front.
No air conditioning meant that it was a sweatbox at night. The ceiling fan just pushed the hot air around when temperatures are exceeding 35 degrees, air-conditioning is a must. Most other units in the building had one. It was also a very small room and parking nearby was nigh on impossible. Was ok for one night but I couldn't imagine staying there for any more than that.
