Sea Views Studio 1025

I love this apartment it has everything I need and it's central to all the places I go. As a female solo traveler I spend several weeks twice a year in benalmadena and I have stayed in this apartment several times over the years. I keep coming back It has all the facilities I need like, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, cutlery, pots, pans and even a washing machine and fridge. There's also a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes steamer and washing lines with pegs. There's a TV and wifi also and a cupboard to hang clothes There's a little balcony to sit in the afternoon sun with views of the park and the sea and the mountains. The double bed is so comfortable. It's so comfortable I didn't manage to finish watching films on TV before I was asleep. The apartment is on the 10th floor and there's 3 lifts which have been replaced with new modern ones. The whole apartment block is clean and well looked after and has security doors downstairs so I always feel safe. The apartment door has a triple lock also so you know your belongings are safe inside when you go out. The location couldn't be better for me as the supermarket is just up the road ( it's also the cheapest in the area) and the beach is literally just a short walk away so is the park. There's plenty of cafes and bars all around only a short walk away but they're not noisy so I'm not disturbed when I want to relax There's instant hot water on tap for washing and a shower. I love it. It's ideal for a single person or couple wanting something affordable without all the fuss and expense of hotels. I also like that it's not touristy. I like to immerse myself in spanish life with Spanish people and I can do that here if I want to. The residents are very friendly. The owner is very nice and very helpful and makes sure you have everything you need. He is easily contactable if you have a problem which is always good to know.

There's not really anything I don't like. The apartment suits my needs perfectly.

The location is perfect. Nice and cosy apartment. Would highly recommend.

The people who own apartment couldn't have been nicer.Just a phonecall away for anything you need.Also just left you alone unless you needed them which is perfect.They also sent a brand new mattress the day I arrived which was nice and comfy..

No complaints at all.would definitely recommend it.I would stay there again no problem.Infact I didn't want to leave I liked it so much.

Excellent place! Very comfy room with the kitchen. Everything what you need is there, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc. including board games :D super nice views, very close to the beach

A 5 minute walk to the beach. Good location.

There was a smell in the studio and the bed which is a sofa bed is just awful. If you sit on the edge you fall off it as it tips up.The room is tiny and so is the bathroom which wasn't the cleanest and the shower is useless. We tried to wash the towels as there aren't many and the washing machine was broken. I messaged the host and nothing was done about it apart from a suggestion that i walk to to the local garage and wash them myself and I would be refunded. The swimming pool is disgusting so I am assuming it is out of use. There is no air conditioning, only an old ceiling fan that blows hot air around. I wouldn't go back.

The room was filthy and stank like a dead rat, unclean and not enough beds for 2. Language used was rude and offensive and threatening tone.

Location is the only positive aspect!

There is an old fan light that blows hot air around the apartment it is the tenth floor something we were not also told ,the main swimming pool was closed the whole 9 days,the other pool was so filthy ,it was so so warm Inside because there was no air conditioning,couch uncomfortable and "bed" has half a base and was like sleeping on rocks, apartment was nice but those pictures make it look a lot bigger

The location was fantastic, 3 min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around. The train station is 20 min walk or you can take the bus which is very close. The apartment was big enough for 2 people, the bed was comfortable, just bear in mind it’s a sofa, however it didint feel like it. The kitchen has everything in need and you also have a washing machine which was fantastic. The balcony had a beautiful view to the sea and the mountains as well. You also have acces to a very big pool ( suitable for adults/ kids and babies. The only problem was the door, took us a while to figure out how to open it. you need to put a bit of pressure on the key. The host was amazing, helped us to find the location. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The shower it’s a bit small but if you are a small person it shouldn’t be a problem.
