One central apartments city centre

Check-in and Check-out worked without any problem. The owners were very cooperative in describing the best way to find the appartment by car. They responded very timely to any questions. Parking is very convenient in a lot reserved for the appartment. Restaurants and a supermarket are in short Walking distance.

Was really easy walk into the centre of Christchurch …the apartment was very clean and spacious in a very quiet area.

It was v v hot upstairs making it very hard to sleep …however when I contacted the owners they replied very quickly. Only other issue for some folks is the number of stairs to carry heavy cases up…but it does say it has stairs….

Location and layout of unit

Without a local cell phone on wifi I had not reviewed the arrival instructions before arriving at 7pm. I understand that they were probably not sent before payment was taken but it should not be assumed that the customers have the booking.com app. Emailed instructions could have been sent a few days before arrival. I tried ringing the host number using my Australian Mobile phone but it went to message bank as said person was on annual leave and it was a business number. It took some time to go on the web and onto website to finally find out what apartment number and key code we were suppose to use, again using the Australian phone. Once inside the unit we thought it was great but the lack of communication was very frustrating at the time.

Location was great within walking distance

Couldn’t get the dryer to work in the combined washing machine.

Location was city central w/restaurants/grocery stores w/in walking distance .. Bot Garden less than a mile, Avon River w/beautiful walking paths, punters on river and fantastic street art(murals/sculpture everywhere .. plus ocean/beach/birding opportunities w/in 4 miles

Construction noise.. but that is what is rebuilding this city ..

Location was perfect, everything was clean and just right.

Walkable location to restaurants was great. Space to spread out was great. Clean and modern.

Property could use a few more bath towels (there were only 4 and we had 4 people) and disposables like paper towels. Only a few squares left on the one roll.
