One central apartments city centre

Very comfortable apartment and close to everything in the city. Easy walk to the Bus Interchange for Christchurch's efficient transport system if you don't want to hire a car.

Alot of construction going on.... but that will pass.

Comfortable. All amenities. Tasteful. Excellent location right in the city - once finished with the building of the stadium. Close to shops restaurants grocery store and sights..

No milk on arrival. Nothing to make us feel welcome. No information about Christchurch. Did not warn us about construction noise at all times of day and night. Sliding door to balcony did not open.

Good beds, good location, clean and big apartment, well equipped, good and fast chatting with the owner. Washing machine.

Great set up. Close to the CBD. 2 bathrooms.

Heater in master bedroom was not working.

Did the trick for me, my partner and our two teenagers. This was a our first visit to Christchurch so wanted to stay as close to the city centre as possible. This allowed us to walk the short distance to all the great bars and restaurants along Oxford Street. The apartment had all we needed for the two nights we stayed. Immaculately clean and tidy both inside the apartment, as well as the gardens/courtyard.

It is a little noisy at the moment due to he huge construction site (stadium?) just metres down the street from the apartment.

Excellent location, we could easily walk to the city centre for shopping and restaurants. Gated access made it feel secure.

Stayed here several times, always great.

The only negative would be there was a slight unpleasant smell sometimes in the bathroom
