Great property, well laid out and exceptionally clean. Super location in Christchurch

The apartment was really new and clean. Gate with combination lock to get into the compound. Parking was right outside. Keys from the lock box - so everything was easy. No rush to arrive - instructions were given ahead of time. Food places just opposite and a few blocks away. Quiet at night. Washer/dryer on the first floor. Washing powder provided. Rooms on the second. 2 toilets - really helpful during the morning rush. Huge curved LG TV in the living - awesome. Balcony for fresh air. New and nice kitchen. Highly recommended.

There is a flight of stairs leading up to the main door of the apartment. Not great if you have heavy luggage. The rooms were a bit on the chilly side with only a small heater on the wall. Electric blankets would have been nice.

Lovely spacious apartment. Bonus of two bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Fantastic location for walking to CBD for shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Would b9ok again in a heartbeat.

Extra towels would have been nice but not a show stopper.....we could have washed the ones provided if we were reallty desperate.
