One central apartments city centre

This is a great apartment located just off the main street of downtown. It was easy to walk everywhere. There were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and a great coffee shop a block away. We were very comfortable in this home.

The only issue we had was the washer/dryer. And this was mostly user error. Ha! But I texted the owner and they got back to me immediately with some help.

The apartment was immaculately presented and in a great location only 10mins walk to everything in the CBD. Rachel was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Christchurch.

We love the apartment - it was clean and spacious. Easy access to where we wanted to go. Beds were very comfortable and host left precious instructions to enter. Excellent illustrations!

The stairs leading to the apartment unit. We had a bunch of heavy luggages and struggled a little to get it up. However this is not the fault of the host as I did not check whether there a lift going up the apartment, so fault was mine.

Great location, living spaces were large. Great parking for our car. Uncomplicated accomodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The gates were often difficult to open - even using the correct code. However not a reflection on this apartment.

easy for us, but beware steep outdoor stairs for access (we had elderly parents with us)
