Funk in the City - Luxury Laneway Apartment with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and Single Garage

Loved the vibe of the apartment and the spacious living / kitchen area.

Nothing we didn't like but may help to be aware that the living areas and bedrooms are up some stairs if you are traveling with anyone who has limited mobility.

The whole property is amazing, a lot of space, very clean and comfortable. Located in the middle of the town.

Located at Central Christchurch made car-lite travelling easy to visit sights around. The apartment comes with a garage and well-equipped amenities and facilities.

Location, kitchen facilities, heating.

Great location, laundry facilities helped clean up after our travels.

We stayed at the apartment in March. The apartment was very nice and clean, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The rooms are a bit small, one bedroom with an en suite shower, the other room has a separate shower. The location is excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and the city center. We loved it very much.

Stairs at the entrance to the apartment, you have to carry your luggage up.

Beautiful funky apartment. Fantastic location for walking just about anywhere. And so great to have our own garage to park in.

Laundry in a hard spot in garage if car is parked. There was a strange smell upon entering but could have been due to some previous carpet cleaning. Trash cans in the bathroom would be helpful.
