Had a fairground opposite no sleep for 5 nights

Bed Sheets dirty, kitchen so dirty we couldn’t use it, red stains on the wall ,property very bad maintained Property manager charged us extra for the cleaning 30EUR per hour, we left the keys inside and when we asked for the invoice to pay for the professional who opened the door we were asked to leave the property, we are a family with 2 small kids I had to call booking 4 times costing me money and holiday time, and had to contact a lawyer to know my rights Booking has also raised a formal complain against the Property manager , hopefully this property is removed from booking

Property was very clean and in a good location. Good selection of channels on TV.

Small things - clock needed new batteries ( found some in a drawer), no plug in shower room sink (found one in bathroom drawer). Some cushions for the sofa and chair would have added comfort - we used pillows. An information sheet giving phone numbers ie emergency services, doctor, dentist, chemist and taxi etc would be useful.

We arrived and got pleasant welcome from Rosa and Olga. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The community pool was clean and great to cool down. Staff around were very friendly. Perfect location close to the beach, train, local shops, and restaurants. There is a lovely park nearby. We had a great holiday. Thank you for everything, Rosa.

Air-conditioning on timer for 2 hours max, which made it a bit difficult to wake up in the night and turn it on. In the end, we got used to it.

Grounds and swimming pool very tidy . Staff cleaned halls etc and stairs regular .

Dated apartment tiles broken on patio. Shower room dusty as was light switches in bedroom. Shutter blind in main bedroom couldn't get working. Air conditioning on timer off after 2hours making sleep difficult.

Everything was spot on. The apartment itself was well-appointed, clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of four. The pool was divine, even our two year old had a great time. Location-wise, you are a short walk from bars and restaurants. The feria was on but we were not disturbed by noise. Rosa was a sweetheart and checked us in and informed us of the rules. We will definitely be coming back!
