• Very nice environment, quiet • Very well located • Very good Internet • Good quality construction • Nice side sea view from the balcony but not much sun in winter in the apartment

• BE CAREFUL : Heating has to be restarted every 2 hours (time switch). Uncomfortable in winter. • Was not able to find any TV station in other languages that Spanish • Annoying lack of basic maintenance taking into account the price of the apartment: room windows are not airtight (strong winds in January); superficial cleaning of floors; washing machine door is not aligned properly; bath tap does not function for bath (only shower); de-icing of the fridge not done; old coffee maker not working.
