Apartment in the heart of the city

This apartment was a perfect size for three adults and two children. A home away from home. Host was excellent with communication and we were grateful for a slightly later check out at 11am.

A clean and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. We also appreciate the fruit bowl prepared by the host, which was a thoughtful touch.

The apartment worked perfectly for our family. It is just as it looks in the photos, there is plenty of room, the location is excellent and the place was spotlessly clean.

The location is perfect. It is true to the name, in the heart of the city. Everything is walkable from the apartment. Tram stop, bottle shop and convenience store at the entrance. Great food and drink options within 1 min walk. The apartment itself is spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped. For example, there are separate kitchen, dining and sitting areas. This definitely a place to have a long stay and settle in.

Two picky points: . the main bathroom was a bit tight for room. . bedrooms and bathrooms are up stairs. I only raise them for people with mobility issues.

The apartment was in a perfect location for a short sightseeing stay in Christchurch - no time wasted getting where we wanted to go as it was all on the doorstep or within easy walking distance - especially important as the weather was not good during our stay. There was plenty of room for our group for four friends. We really appreciated the proper milk in the fridge and fruit bowl. Highly recommend.

Location was absolutely perfect. Walkable to the tram, restaurants, bars, shops and so on.
