Benal-beach Marina Deluxe

Das Apartment (8. Etage) hat uns sehr gefallen. Es hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt sogar Strandstühle und Strandtücher zum Mitnehmen an den Strand. Der Balkon: ein Traum! Jeden Tag konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang genießen (bis auf die Regentage). Der Apartment-Komplex ist zwar recht groß, aber die Lage des Apartments ist gut, so dass man sich die Wege schnell merken konnte. Die Poolanlage war planmäßig geschlossen, daher können wir hierzu nichts sagen.

Man muss wissen, dass der Apartment-Komplex etwas erhöht liegt. Wer absolut keine Steigung gehen kann, könnte Probleme bekommen. Für uns war es machbar. Im Gebäude selbst gab es genügend Fahrstühle, so dass man nie lange warten musste.

La limpieza era mejorable, pero estaba bastante bien.

The staff did not provide a clear check-in and check-out system in advance. All information was given late and in short, unclear messages.

Appartment was tidy. Location was good by the beach and beside big beautiful park. Easy parking. Hostess was very helpful.

Bed was quite narrow for us with only one blanket.

Appartement was prachtig. Locatie was goed. Eigenaresse van het gebouw was erg attent en reageerde gelijk als er iets was.

We hebben, ondanks onze aankondiging, meer dan twee uren moeten wachten op de host met de sleutel. Omdat we eerste twee uren geen reactie kregen, denk je dat het helemaal verkeerd afloopt en je een noodoplossing moet zoeken; kortom ander appartement moet vinden. Met een 1,5 jarig kindje, moe van een vroege vlucht, is dat ronduit lastig.
