Benal-beach Marina Deluxe

The location and the pool was really good and big pools and slides were nice.

Unfortunately, the host was extremely impolite and her behavior ruined our entire stay. There was no sufficient hot water for four people, so we had to wait between showers. Later, she falsely accused us of damaging a part of the wall, even though any reasonable person can clearly see the damage was due to long-term water exposure, not something caused by a short-term issue. Despite this, she kept sending us threatening messages every day, claiming her husband is a lawyer and that she would withhold our deposit. Her constant sarcastic remarks made us feel like we were being punished at school instead of enjoying a relaxing vacation. It was a very disappointing experience.

Apartment was beautiful and great views from the balcony to the beach. We got the sun all afternoon & also the sunsets. Benal Beach is a large complex. We didn't use pools as prefer beach. Handy to have the on site supermarket. Location was good for us ..just a few minutes walk up a small hill from the Windmill so very short walk to beach, Paloma Park & fantastic restaurants. Veronica was a fantastic host and communication was top notch. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

Maybe more cheaper the accommodation because it was after season.

Pour le logement il faudrait prévoir a refaire la porte de douche qui est cassée et de remettre une machine à café comme indiqué sur les photos paq de sèche cheveux et aussi de mettre des produits car nous devons tout acheter liquide vaisselle papier toilette éponge et le reste pour la cuisine... il n y a rien dans le logement Nous l avons indiqué au propriétaire et aucune réponse
