The property was located in a beautiful place with mountains & sheeps & horses view on the either side and is just 3 mins from the fort william center. The house was very clean and tidy and kid friendly too.

"Just what we needed after the long drive up from Edinburgh."

Nice apartment with view of Ben Nevis. It's not far from the Nevis Range resort with a cable car going up the neighboring mountain, a nice (level) walk to the Ben Nevis viewpoint, and amazing bike rides down the mountain. Easy parking - the owners run an interesting restaurant in Fort William called 'The Geographer'. Five minutes drive into Fort William, going past an Aldi, M&S, and Home Bargains on a small retail park.

Everything OK - just one grouse. The futon style sofa bed in lounge was not very comfortable, but luckily we had brought several soft blankets which could be used as an additional 'mattress'.

"Comfortable apartment best suited to two guests, not three."

Very comfortable rooms, especially the upstairs. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need (but insufficient crockery & cutlery). Good black-out blinds throughout. Opposite a green meadow. Easily accessible if you have a car.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we had to make it ourselves. There were only 3 plates, bowls, spoons, forks and knives provided, which felt insufficient and mean for 3 people staying. Also there were supposed to be horses in the meadow opposite so it was disappointing that there were none.

"We would definitely go back and stay again, the location and quality of the house was perfect for what we were after."

The location was perfect, still close enough to shops etc (about 10 min drive) but still had a lot of countryside surrounding the house. Bed was comfy and the house was absolutely spotless. Loved having a smart tv but was hard to switch profiles on Netflix.

Took us a while to figure out the grill due to the signals being rubbed off and couldn’t manage to get the oven working.
