Buona posizione, a due passi da Cattolica Gradara e autostrada. Richiesta di aggiungere culla soddisfatta. Richiesta di parcheggio nella struttura soddisfatta. Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro a tutto.

Bagno piccolino. Appartamento da curare maggiormente.

"Ci sono delle migliorie da fare alla casa ma ci ritornerei tutto sommato, proprietario gentilissimo"

Il letto comodissimo

Il secondo piano mansardato ( le scale non mi sono piaciute), il riscaldamento che si fa solo con l'aria condizionata oppure con una stufetta, non c'era né olio,né sale che ne so queste cose così, per il resto l'appartamento è carino
