Il locale aveva tutto il necessario .

Il portone e cancellino d'ingresso con apertura sincronizzata ,con apertura dal campanello esterno chiunque lo spinga può accedere in struttura

Pulizia accettabile, abbastanza vicina ai servizi e al mare.

Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, si tratta di un MONOLOCALE. Mancano le zanzariere, le stoviglie sono contate (4 coperti). L'assenza dei proprietari, o di altra persona di riferimento è stato un altro aspetto negativo. Ho dovuto andare di persona presso il loro hotel situato sul lungomare per pagare tassa di soggiorno per esempio. Veramente un prezzo spropositato per la qualità, le dimensioni e la posizione del monolocale. Parcheggio abbastanza scomodo (per la distanza). Inoltre posto su via abbastanza rumorosa la sera (motorini, macchine)
