"Not allowed to cancel after booking"

We booked, then cancelled in less than half an hour due to no response.We Found another accommodation.The owner did phone to see that we were safe.

No refund or part of it. No way to retrieve a payment made when you cancel the accommodations within a short period of time.If you change your mind or feel unsafe, there is no way to get your funds back.
