Location was great made own breakfast Great value rental

Small blip with heating turned off when we went to bed couldn’t get back on but we googled it was water pressure had dropped so managed to get going

Lovely site. The caravan was clean with everything you would need for a family break. The sea views were so nice. Couldn't fault the staff and amenities the site offered, and we look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful caravan and perfect for our family holiday. Facilities on site were great for families with plenty to do and not far to travel to Newcastle either.

Outside seating is missing some cushions but did not spoil anything.

I loved everything. It was clean, cosy and comfortable, really quiet area and still had a perfect sea view

Nothing at all to dislike. Maybe could benefit from having a coffee table as there was nowhere to put a cup when on the sofa, but definitely didn't disturb my stay in any way

Clean, plenty of crockery and cutlery. Excellent location for visiting local spots

Didn’t like the Park Dean facilities ie swimming pool, bar and restaurant
