"It's raining in the bedroom"

I like the location. It was close to all the apartments I was looking at.

I didn't like the fact that I was being rained on in the bedroom. Also the pillows were almost non-existent. We didn't have towels because we had to use them for the leak. The left side of the bed goes down and over so you're almost falling off the bed and at a bad angle. I wish I would have read the reviews because you see all these same things all throughout the reviews for the last 2 years and nobody has done anything. They say that if you report the damage that they'll fix it within 24 hours we were there after that and they still never completed the work. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anybody.

Very little!!

The add is VERY miss-leading. Had wash my own towels, it's a small basement ROOM & a very small heater( my husband & I very cold. Didn't feel like care was place upon the living conditions. 1 out 10. Sorry not sorry!

The communication was off, also a language barrier, heating and cooling system isn’t accessible, washing didn’t work, staff didn’t resolve any issues

The price

The room was too small The house was filthy I got bed bugs & am still in the process of getting rid if them.. it's costly!
