"Bed bugs infestation infestation do not stay here. Very rude owner"

Leaving

I noticed bites/rash on my second night here that I thought was mosquitos or prickly heat. Later in my stay I felt something crawling on me, I turned on the big light and many bed bugs scurried away into their hiding place again. The owner of the property has been very rude, has not refunded me a penny! and had the audacity to blame me and said that I brought in the bed bugs! I have not slept in a hotel since September 2024 and had a new small suitcase for my trip, so there is no way that I brought in the bugs. An infestation as bad and extensive as this does not happen overnight, I have been physically,mentally and financially scarred by this experience, and on my return back home I had to seek medical attention of my GP for the bites. I saved up hard to go on this holiday, it has been a total nightmare!

Location, views, especially the sunset, the balcony was good and the area mostly quiet

I found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows could do with replacing. The washing machine could do with some attention

Unbeatable location by Playa Blanca harbour. Still very private, you can watch the boats and street life all day! Super convenient to all of the amenities in town

Bed and sun loungers weren't especially comfortable. No arrival pack, even a simple bottle of water would be welcome at the end of a long journey to Lanzarote
