Posizione eccezionale per lo sci. Posto auto in garage con ascensore al piano che conduce all'alloggio. Nel nostro appartamento era presente un terrazzo vivibile con ottima esposizione al sole nel pomeriggio. A pochi metri bei locali, supermercato e negozi carini

La struttura ha 25 anni ma inizia a necessitare di qualche ritocco. Esistono gestioni separate tra residence e appartamenti privati e questo potrebbe essere un problema ( ad esempio presenza su più piani di scolaresche su più piani giustamente chiassose) visti anche i prezzi corretti ma ovviamente non popolari
