Il ritiro chiavi presso agenzia distante dal residenze . ci hanno comunicato tutto tramite messaggio anche quando ho chiesto informazione in merito all'alloggio mi hanno risposto " le invieremo un messaggio non una parola di più ", mi sarei aspettata una spiegazione in più , quando siamo arrivati all'alloggio non c'era alcuna indicazione sulle porte salendo dal garage, per cui non sapevamo dove andare . Abbiamo scoperto solo il secondo giorno che si poteva accedere direttamente alle piste , e dove era il portone d'ingresso principale .Due parole in più in fase di accoglienza avrebbero reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole .
