Everything perfect, great location and security.

Great location near St Albans station and the main town. Quiet area. Comfortable beds.

Dryer function in washer /dryer did not work Oven had something in it that caused so much smoke the fire alarm went off Heating didn’t work Shower head clip broken (and very bad quality ) Missing bath plug, bath mat, extra towels/ tea towels, extra blankets when we arrived. All replaced eventually but as my initial enquiries met with continued requests to keep checking the flat ,it took a few days to actually receive everything. Stools provided for sitting at the kitchen counter were completely inappropriate. They were far too high for the counter and impossible to use. Key box for returning keys did not lock We had two incidences of other people provided with incorrect or confusing information and attempting to enter our unit. Management company sent emails threatening fines for any breach of agreements yet never checked in once to see if we were enjoying our stay or needed anything. Overall a badly managed and poorly maintained property.

The kitchen door was locked without a key, we were locked inside the house without being able to breathe free air, it was terrible to be there.
