Es war fantastisch. Die Vermieter sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützen und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Lage ist gut insbesondere für eine stündliche Zugverbindung nach Palermo (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt vom fußläufig 10 Minuten entferneten Bahnhof). Direkt im Nachbarhaus ist eine Bäckerei und nur wenige Meter weit eine Pizzeria, was sehr bequem war.

Wie alle Ferienwohnungen, die wir im März in Sizilien kennengelernt haben, hat auch diese nur eine Klimaanlage, mit der das Heizen bei Nachtaußentemperaturen von ca. 12 Grad etwas mühsam war. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, der Preis ist absolut okay.

Милейшие, заботливые хозяева апартаментов! Встретили вечером на станции, при заселении дали всю информацию, возникшие мелкие проблемы были решены максимально оперативно. Мария всегда на связи. В квартире есть всё, что понадобится вам во время отдыха. Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно. Есть балкончик, на котором приятно сервировать завтрак. В шаговой доступности пекарня, минимаркет и другие лавки, где можно купить самые свежие продукты. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть железнодорожная станция, откуда можно доехать в Палермо и другие городки. Там же остановка шаттлов, которые курсируют по расписанию между пляжами. Надо учитывать, что это совсем маленький городок, в котором нет привычной шумной жизни по вечерам. Он скорей для уединения, спокойного неспешного отдыха и обзорных поездок в другие города. Хотя, возможно, в сезон ситуация отличается.

Следует иметь в виду, что окно выходит на шумную улицу. Для тех, кто спит чутко, наверное, будет дискомфортно.

A wonderful place. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Close to the train station. Free shuttle buses to all the beaches in S. Flavia. A wonderful studio with a beautiful terrace. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, clean, same as on pictures. Owners were very helpful, they gave us recommendations for getting around the town and the beaches and told us about free buses to get to them. They even gave us parasol and cooler bag to carry to the beach. They also let us leave our bags with them after our check out for a couple hours. We definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Santa Flavia

Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, for such a small place, it can be loud

Gentileza dos anfitriões, nos deixou água, suco e cápsulas para a máquina de café. Nos disponibilizou guarda-sol e cadeiras de praia. Nos informou sobre uma van gratuita que circula pelas praias próximas e nos vamos indicou lugares próximos para lazer, compras e alimentação. Cozinha completa.

Difícil regular a temperatura da água do chuveiro.
