Very easy to communicate with agent and fast responses. Door codes for everything is good and easy parking at the back.

Location,cleanliness,size

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Second bedroom not a double as stated in listing,twin beds. Sofa not able to sit on as it was broken. Fridge and freezer not working so had to throw away nearly £50 of food.

Has nice facilities.

Not clean. When i raised concerns, management did come and sort the issue but lacked communication. Wouldn’t come back again

All facilities worked fine and the furniture was comfortable

I had to chase to get the instructions for entering and the wifi.

The location.

The property was dirty and full of ants, including in the fridge, the shower was stuck on the hottest setting, only one of the beds had bedsheets and the facility asked to pay extra if we wanted bedsheets on the second bed and the street had a direct view into the bedroom without the possibility of closing the curtains fully. The facilities completely disregarded my message about the ants and said to try and adjust the temperature of the shower before turning the water on...

It is about replenishment of stuff. Firstly, the washing detergent is indeed a hand soup and is only 1/3 full. This makes the washing of utensils inefficient. I did 8 nights and want to refill the washing detergent on day 4th or 5th. To my surprise, my request was rejected because the staff said they will not refill and it is my responsibility to refill at my own expenses. So, do the rubbish bag. The logic makes sense if I stay for a couple of nights. However, I stay for 8 nights in an apartment. It should at least refill once for those rubbish bags and washing detergent ! The funniest thing is that I raise the refill request of washing detergent and rubbish bag when I got a mail from the management team asking what they can do to make me feel better!
