Great location. clean and tidy.

Door access not explained well Contacted 24 hour line, no reply no return call Sofa bed not fit for purpose. No bed sheets or pillow cases to cover ripped material

We could make our own food. The location was good for where we needed to be.

One of the chairs was broken so we couldn’t sit at the table to eat. The sofa was most uncomfortable, so we couldn’t have a relaxing night in. The plug in the sink didn’t work.

Zero communication with the property - zero responds to problems, no help, not reachable via phone and zero answer from emails; bed is to small for two people

The property location is fantastic, very close to the station (few minutes walk) and a short walk into town. The unit itself is great, big bedroom with comfortable bed, full proper kitchen, small table, lounge and nice bathroom. While no one on site, good with communication and helping with problems.

The internet was very average. Incorrect wifi information was sent, needed to be updated - would also benefit from information inside the property. Got there a bit earlier and while room ready (informed by cleaners) I couldn’t access as the codes only started from check in time - contacted the property and was let in but just a heads up and this should be made clearer.
