SAV Apartments Nottingham Road 1 & 2 Bed Flats Loughborough

Location was close to the station and an easy walk into town. Lots of lovely pubs and restaurants

The flat said there was a sofa bed, there wasn’t! Not enough cutlery nor chairs around table for more than 3 people. Cooking pots and trays grubby. Large water stain on ceiling. Cleaning bucket and mop left in hall way. Wi-Fi instructions not available in flat you had to wade through endless instructions to find the passcode which had been sent via email. All instructions sent including parking permit lengthy and over complicated. Easy to miss details ! No plug in bathroom basin.

Kitchen equipment. No chopping board but it's meant to be for self-catering guests! Only a very limited number of utencils, most of which were in poor condition - e.g. all knives were very blunt.

Great location close to the train station.

Surfaces were a bit worn out in the apt. Shower faucet did not work properly. Heating was not on although it was getting cold outdoors.

Location convenient

Location to train station was very good and roughly a 15 to 20 minutes walk to town centre.

The bathroom needs a blind fitted on window just for a bit more privacy even though the window is frosted glass. Noise from road very loud.

I liked the convenience of the entire rental experience. I liked the apartment very much; it's a very good standard and great value for money.

Nothing, everything was great.

The mattress was very comfortable, parking available right behind the house.

The flat was not very clean with dead insects hanging off the walls and cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. The shower had two settings: hot and hotter. It was honestly painful to shower. Bedroom was facing a busy and very loud road, so I felt like I was sleeping on the road and was frequently woken up. The whole flat was uncomfortably hot. Communication could have been better as I asked for a parking permit around 6:30pm and when office hours are proclaimed until 10pm I do expect a reply before 11:30pm in the middle of the night. As it was I did not get one and had to park elsewhere so as not to risk a fine and waste even more money. I decided not to stay the second night for the aforementioned reasons.
