Location. Checking in and out was easy.

The bed in the bedroom was uneven with broken spring. It was very uncomfortable. And the fan in the room was broken too and filthy. The kitchen was crawling with tiny cockroaches.

The shower

Problems with both front and rear access, not easy to operate. Broken blinds in bedroom and kitchen making rooms very gloomy. Very stuffy
