Modern apartment with breathtaking sea views

Such a great location with an amazing view. 5 minute walk to the beach and train station. Car park on site. Within easy reach of Conwy (4miles) and Llandudno (9miles). Great beach to walk to (less than 5mins) with skate park for kids, paddling pool and beach cafe.

Could have done with some wine glasses, only had Prosecco glasses.

The views were exceptional!!!

Unfortunately there were very heavy footed young kids upstairs that were being very loud each night from 5.30pm till 10.30pm. I know it’s no fault of our hosts but it has sadly put us off returning. The kids were uncontrollable and were kicking items off the balcony. We did ask them to stop but they denied it. The accommodation itself was lovely but from now on I’ll always get top apartments!

The view, the apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and fresh.

The Location was excellent. Placed next to the A55 means it is easy & convenient to get to lots of places north & south on the North Wales coast. Angelsey, Llandudno & also places like Betws- y-Coed are only about 30 minutes or less away. The space in apartment was good with two good double bedrooms & a spacious lounge/dining area & kitchen area. Balcony & view were nice. Having a lift in the building was useful.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. There were a few minor things which would have improved the facility such as a couple of hooks on doors & a shelf in the ensuite shower plus a bit of attention to loose wardrobe door etc but these were small things & intended only as tips to make it better.

The location was good for exploring north Wales and had a great view of the sunset over the straits to Anglesey. There is a lift to the apartment, which was essential for us as one of us is disabled.

The apartment is above the extremely noisy A55, so although the balcony door and windows are well sound-proofed, you are can't sit out or leave the door open. The bedrooms are also above a noisy road, so windows can't be left open over-night. The door to the balcony didn't lock and the owner's answer was to send the cleaner, who messed us about on 3 days saying she would come and then never doing so. The hot water is extremely slow getting hot and doesn't stay hot and although it's OK for a shower it's not hot enough for a bath - you have to have someone boil several kettles to get a bath hot enough. The mattresses are dreadful and the beds unnecessarily small, given the good-sized bedrooms. Generally, although the fittings are fine, the furniture is cheap and nasty. There's very little storage space in the bedrooms and only 2 coat-hangers per person. There's nowhere to put or store anything in either of the bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, but is poorly supplied - e.g. no baking trays, no casserole dishes or mixing bowls, one small chopping board, and not even any wine glasses (only champagne flutes). There's no form of coffee maker, the cutlery wobbles on its handles, the sharp knifes are tiny or massive, and there's nothing like a vegetable peeler. And there's no dishwasher. The TV only operates on internet and doesn't have a DVD player. There's also no instruction manual for anything, so be prepared to look up instructions online. I don't think there was any washing powder for the washing machine and no liquid soap was provided (though there was a completely empty bottle in the kitchen). Note, although the apartment is marketed as wheelchair accessible, that simply means that there is a lift. A ramp needs to be put in place to get into the building and there's nothing in the apartment designed for wheelchair accessibility - e.g.

Lovely setting, good parking & check-in, very comfortable, good comms from owner.

Quite a lot of traffic noise, beds not very comfy, sofa too low.

Clean and spacious apartment with fabulous sea view and balcony. Well equipped. Comfortable. Easy parking in dedicated space. Great location to see North Wales. Host was extremely helpful and replied very quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

No 'ordinary' TV channels unless you go through iplayer etc. Very close to A55 which was useful but a bit of road noise which is only to be expected.

Fantastic place the view from the apartment when the sun was settling outstanding literally could imagine yourself anywhere in the Europe. The apartment itself is stunning very good size everything you need very good communication with the owners great for parking
